Travellers with a permanent residence in Ukraine can travel into Denmark for free with DSB’s international trains that cross the Danish/German border.
All passenger cars with Ukrainian license plates can cross the Øresund Bridge (to Sweden) free of charge, if there is a humanitarian purpose to the passage. For other transports carrying emergency aid or refugees it is necessary to obtain a pre-approval by sending an email to the Øresund Bridge’s customer service (kontakt@oresundsbron.com).
